Trading Teahen for Helton sounds good to me. Obviously, neither of these players are likely to really impact your season all that much, but despite Helton's age, I'd agree that he has a better chance of producing this season. If your league counts BB or OBP Helton will definitely be of value there too.

I'd prefer Sandoval over Salty and Hernandez too (not sure why you have 2 crappy catchers, haha). However, someone I might like more than all of these guys is Clement, if he's available.

Clement was sent down...Ramon is said to be poised for a good season, one that never has happened fully to date. Salty is said to be "on the verge" but who knows. Guess the Rangers will give him a shot to either succeed or fail.

yeah just heard about clement after I posted that, too bad, but im guessing he'll be back up soon enough. ramon should get a bump due to cinnci, but he's still old and fading.

i've heard a lot of good things about hanson, but i couldn't say.
