Enhance Forecaster to show best use of actives/reserves

Can forecaster be enhanced so that in its suggestions, it can do all of the following?

Look at who I have active, and who I have on bench, look at each MLB player's opponents, matchups, etc, and recommend different active rosters for me. This would be way more helpful than FA suggestions, because in our league we do FAAB only once per week (Thursday), and we set rosters on Sunday morning before the first game, for the new week. I'd like to know if the Forcaster can verify whether I have the optimal use of my roster, or can increase my chance of winning with a roster change. To do this, Forecaster would need to take into account not only my MLB players' opponents, but also my MB opponent and his roster for the week.
